NS was looking to attract new talent for its IT department. Knowing that many developers are passionate gamers, we created an interactive coding game that spoke their language while demonstrating the impact of software engineering at NS.

Players entered a familiar game environment where they coded in real time, solved technical challenges, and helped passengers reach their destinations. Rather than telling developers what it's like to work at NS, the experience let them discover it firsthand.

Developed in close collaboration with NS engineers, the game was designed to reflect the team's passion for coding and the real challenges behind the job. The result was an engaging recruitment experience that connected with developers through play, curiosity and craft.
